Forums – The Easy way to increase website traffic |

Forum is the place for holding discussions and posting user generated content.
This is a place where entire community dealing with a distinct topic.
The members that enter and participate in these forums have a common interest, so you can easily bring them to your site, or at least let them know about it. Most of the online forums are free to join, that’s why this is an easy and fast way to promote your site. So where to start? First, find a good forum that relate to your site. Make sure its an active forum that has many members and new threads are opened frequently. You can find good forum in search engines or look at the best sites you already know, most of them already has forums. This is a nice way to show your knowledge to the world. Start small. First read some threads learn the way members talk, see what is the most interesting subject, who is the most active member. Don’t open threads only to say "hi this is my new site…" gain trust first let the members know you and see that you really have the knowledge and they can use you when they need help, participate only when you really know how to help and not just to show you're there. Remember that each member is a potential customer, so speak nice and respectfully. After a while you can start tell them about new offers in your store, new service you give etc. How it can help you advertise your site? Prepare nice signature, this is a short text that ends your message. It can includes your phone number, Email and of course, a link to your site. Make sure the link has a good anchor text – use your best keyword. Think a lot about your site signature it suppose to look the same in each message you submit. It will become your "trade mark". After a while member will start look for your threads, link to your site themselves and use your site more and more. Few Basic Rules: 1. Be Courteous! Don't attack others because of their personal opinions, don't curse, forums administrators will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Most of webmasters will not tolerate this kind of behavior and will remove your posts. 2. Participate in everyone's threads - new members and old members. 3.
